After you buy ebooks, a separate download link is sent right away to your purchase email. It sometimes gets lost in junk mail, so you can ALWAYS download your books from the Bookfunnel library. Go to https://bookfunnel.com/my-bookfunnel-library/ and enter your purchase email to login. Your books are available there to read in the app, or you can download them to read in a different app.

If you have any technical problems, Bookfunnel has an amazing technical staff that will help you! If you already use Bookfunnel but your regular library is under a different email, contact me at starla@starlanight.com and I can help get them transferred over.

After you buy physical books, it takes me a little bit to gather them up and send them. I'm doing it all myself! So you have a small window of time to contact me if you notice any problems. Once I email you the tracking information, though, it is probably too late! So please take care when you're filling everything out. I can't wait to send my signed books to you!
